The Al Ain Chess and Mind Games Club successfully concluded the December 2nd Classic Chess Championship, held as part of the December 2nd Chess Festival, coinciding with the UAE's National Day celebrations. The tournament, played over seven rounds, featured strong competition until the very last round. The results crowned Ghaith Saeed Al Na'imi as the first-place winner, with Muhammad Saeed Al Shamsi in second place, and Khalifa Talal Al Balushi in third. In special categories, Sheikha Nasser Al Shamsi was named the best player, while Ali Rashid Al Qamzi received the award for outstanding achievement.
